I got it so I can drink coffee on my patio. It works great. The one I was using kept leaking. No problems with zojirushi
A high quality product that does what it is supposed to.keep coffee hot. Only complaint (minor) is that you have to tip carafe a full 90 degrees before coffee will pour.
